It started out as a prank on 4chan, but as the old saying goes, "any community that gets its laughs by pretending to be idiots will eventually be flooded by actual idiots who mistakenly believe they are in good company." The subgroup of feminists who despise men quickly co-opted the prank, and turned it into a genuine call to abolish Father's Day, believing it to be an oppressive and misogynistic celebration of patriarchy.

Celebrating a man's influence in a kid's life is inadequate in today's patriatrical society. #EndFathersDay now. #YesAllWomen

Most people were quick to recognize the source of the ruse, but not Fox & Friends, who at this point will likely believe literally anything made up on the internet.
Meanwhile, rumor has it that the above feminists are set to launch a campaign to ban fireworks on Independence Day, because the fireworks' rise and sudden eruption is reminiscent of... you know what, never mind.
