Rude Coworker Keeps Stealing Dude's Lunch, So He Crushes a Ghost Pepper in it and Finds the Culprit via Their Intense Coughing

Lunch time at work is a much needed break. And sometimes what you brought for lunch can really make or break your day. For example, maybe you were feeling healthy when you making you lunch in the morning, but by the time lunch time rolled around you're craving a greasy sandwich and now you're just not satisfied. Or maybe, you did pack a nice big greasy slice of pizza for lunch, but no veggies and now you're getting hit hard with that late afternoon slump. Or think about the times you forgot you lunch! Oh man, those are just the worst days. So when a coworker steals your lunch, that is just the absolute worst.

TikToker @the_professional9 had been bringing a Chipotle burrito bowl in for lunch and a mysterious coworker kept eating it. Even when he'd try to hide the burrito bowl, the coworker would still go out of their way to find it and eat it. So this guy had had enough. He wanted his dang burrito bowl. He deserved it! So he devised a plan. He bought a burrito bowl again, but this time he got the spiciest kind he could get. Then on top of that already spicy chorizo burrito bowl, he bought a ghost pepper, one of the spiciest peppers out there, crushed it up, and mixed it into this burrito bowl.

Then it was just a matter of time. He slipped it back into the fridge where it kept getting stolen and waited. He finally figured out who is culprit was while he was working and started hearing one of his coworkers coughing their brains out. Sounds like they deserved it if they think it's alright to steal someone's lunch. Going to work is already not something most people look forward to, then you steal their lunch?? That's just heartless.

Many viewers agree—the video already has over 3 million views and almost 600k likes. “THIS IS NOT PETTY, ITS NECESSARY,” one viewer commented in all caps. Another person said, “I have literally never understood why someone would think it’s ok to eat someone else’s food from work. Spice was well deserved.” And many others share their own stories of how they handled the issues of a coworker stealing their food—many people writing on the lunch that they licked it already.

“Someone keeps eating my hidden Chipotle, so I ordered the chorizo bowl and crushed a ghost pepper in it”
