Trained Falconer Catches the Wild Hawk that Ate His Mom's Chicken, Makes the Guilty Bird Apologize

It's hard out there for a hawk. You're just trying to live, laugh, love, but everyone's getting made at you when you're finally able to make the hunt. How are you supposed to thrive in these conditions?? Well, little guy, we've got news for you. It's rude to steal other people's animals. You have free range on the wild vermin scurrying around town, but you leave mama's chickens alone! I hope you learned your lesson.

Trained Falconer Eric Finch recently posted to his TikTok a video of a hawk. The he caught the small guy after he discovered it was the one who had bird-napped and murdered his mom's chicken. Though the hawk was smaller than he expected, he still made him look into the eyes of the mother of the chicken (the human owner, that is). The video has gone viral on TikTok, mostly because the bird looks so guilty and also so apologetic. Like a teenager just caught skipping school by his uncle.

“He's ashamed of his actions”

When Finch caught the guilty hawk, he put his face up to his mom's Ring so she could see her chicken's killer. The hawk looks so ashamed of his actions, it's hilarious and somehow wholesomely relatable. Like, we've all had the rebellious streak as a kid and then got caught and had to face the shame and apologize.

“He looks shocked to have been caught”

Viewers are loving the content. Viewers are guessing what the hawk is saying. One person said the hawk was saying ““please don’t call my mom, she’s already mad at me.” Another thinks he said, ""I wanna apologize for what i did. It was very wrong and I'm very sorry." Many viewers are also demanding for the Ring footage so they too can look into the hawk's guilty eyes. He hasn't shared it yet, but everyone can agree: this poor little hawk was so sorry. Hopefully he learned his lesson and won't steal someone else's chicken again.
