Guy Lives With His Wife In Darkness For 6 Years Until He Makes Hilariously Obvious Discovery

This story made me literally smack my forehead. I can't imagine how the guy felt after 6 years of living in the dark (literally and metaphorically). There's a moral to this story children: check everything at least 3 times before writing it off. Hell, make it 4 times. This is the most annoying of TIFU stories and if this happened to me I'd never get over how easily the problem could have been solved.
