Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi did not share that sleepiness or reservation. Instead, her pointed clapping during one moment of President Trump's speech has been hailed as a clapback and has swiftly become a meme that hilariously eclipses politics. We're not sure if she was actively trying to throw shade at POTUS, but we are sure that this moment in meme history will not be forgotten.
