A self-professed drug dealer has come forward with another video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking what appears to be crack. The Mayor, deep in his re-election campaign centered around forgiveness and redemption, decided to take leave of his office to "seek immediate help" upon being questioned Wednesday night.
