The sound of pure happiness.
Why do dogs awoo? There are many theories, but one of the internet's favorite one is that dogs awoo because they're friggin' cute good babies. And I believe that is the factual truth.
The dog and cat siblings, Poppy and Indigo have almost 300k followers on TikTok. This is one of those instances of animals becoming social media influencers purely based on their levels of adorableness. They have everything you need to be a cutie patootie that everyone wants to watch on the Internet. They love each other, they're fluffy, and they have fun with their human. But it's Poppy's adorable awoos that really steals the spotlight.
This old giant white fluffy dog is very chatty. He awoos to say good morning and when he's just walking around. But his favorite time to awoo is when he gets a hold of his favorite type of toy. He loves Lamb Chop. Lamb Chop was a children's puppet show from the ‘90s. The cute little lamb puppet became a staple for children. It has no blossomed into a wholesome dog toy, as well.
Poppy's favorite of his many Lamb Chop toys is his giant one. Whenever he goes to pick out a toy to awoo to for the day, it's usually his giant lamb chop. The awoos are so pure and adorable that even his fans on TikTok have sent him new lamb chop toys in hopes he'll love it so much he'll give it an awoo.
Indigo the kitty doesn't awoo, but she is just as chatty as her doggo brother. Sometimes Poppy will awoo when her kitty sibling comes into the room—he's either trying to say hi because he's excited to see her or he has mistaken her as one of his lamb chops. We're going to go with he's just super excited to see his little sister.
There's no pure sound than a happy pup awoo-ing.
