This guy almost found himself confronting total disaster after accidentally sending a picture of his fiancé's engagement ring to her. Fortunately, he was able to throw her off the trail with some clever maneuvering, and actually pulled off the surprise weeks later. Congrats to the dude as well, cause it looks like she said yes!
