As the days get shorter and we see less and less sunlight, we need to take better care of ourselves. This existence can get very dark and very depressing very quickly. Especially if you suffer from seasonal depression. When things get rough and our mood turns to glum, we like to scroll through some happier content as opposed to the saucy, spicy, and horrifying stuff we usually gravitate towards. It may be a misguided attempt to harvest some serotonin, but damn, we are gonna try anyway.
