I guess it is good news that that guy is dead. And yes, Up here in Canada we do get a LOT of hurricanes, but only in hurricane season.

Hi there and it is wonderful to meet you too!! Yes, I heard Osama was killed, but there are others following in his footsteps and I think by killing him we have opened Pandora's box.

I have just found out about Bin Laden and I am overjoyed, yet at the same time Im not so sure. I know that he has look alikes that stay near him for just these reasons, and I am hopeing that they got the right one and did'nt jump the gun on their announcment. I am pretty sure though that they got the right one. Lots of evacs going on around here as well, luckily we arent part of them.

Hi there. Thanks for the heads-up; you're so thoughtful! I spoke to my folks about an hour ago, and they're doing alright. They're lucky enough to be on fairly high ground, so their chances are better for flooding, but of course with tornadoes, all bets are off. Keep safe and take care of yourself and your furbabies!

I live in Olive Branch, Mississippi (right under Memphis Tn), so I'm not too far from ya. We have been lucky thus far and the worst that we recieved (other than TONS of rain) was our power being out for just over 8 hours. Imagine that long without lol's! Scary! I hope the floodlines recede your way soon and all is well.

, i hope they stop soon. i live in arizoa, so i understand how dangerous floods can be.

It's never good when there's flood waters, though I've never really had much experience with that. For me, I have to watch out for hurricane season.

Seen so much of it on the news, myroom. My mom & aunt live in Greenwood, Arkansas, but fortunately, the worst missed them. My heart goes out to everyone there.
You must be friends with myroom to leave a message.
