Thanks for faving da tummy twap! Princess does that, rolls over and shows me her beautimus black tum with a white hour glass. As soon as I reach down to give it a rub, she reaches up and grabs me with her teeth and claws. So I have learned that no matter how inviting a tummy looks, it's apt to be a trap!

If you'd seen the lengths the guys on the show went to, you'd understand my certainty. If the one that hit in your area was iron-based, all they'll need is metal-detectors, which is already standard equipment for them. Oh, and some hip-waders for the swampy area. Neither are deterrents for the True Believers. ;)

Oh I betcha the fragments *will* be found, because fresh out of space meteorites are worth HUGE money. There was even a show on the Discovery Science Channel a couple years ago, lasted for at least 2 seasons, called "Meteorite Men." It followed two guys who went all over the world investigating meteor known impact sites and searching for suspected ones. Depending on the type of meteor, the size, the condition (pristine, or not), and if it's brand new, they can be worth more than diamonds. And of course there's the increased value to science when they're new because then they can distinguish what conditions are space-caused, as there aren't yet many earth-caused ones. So glad you weren't hurt and didn't lose windows or the like!! I can see why you thought it might be an oxygen tank - I've seen footage of propane tanks going up - multiples at one time - and it is un-frikkin-believable!

Ohai sarifa! You lose time from drinking ? Whoa. You might have a problem! Better test that scientifically. *pours 100 mls of %89 proof absinth down interwebby tubes* Do NAWT drink that straight!!!! It's yuck and you'll die. Have it with chocolate-cherry sauce. ___ The weather seems to be warmish and soggy globally at present. But that wont last! ___Alas the only real problem in the feline diplomatic situation at the moment is that Tabini wont play with Fanta anymore. He dosen't trust F to play nice. I hope they settle this alpha stuff soon. Meanwhile Katsanova is settled in and bringing his brothers, Possum and Yogi, over regularly. Posssum looks like K with spots instead of swirls on his flanks. Yogi (aka Wee Knievel) suddenly looks like a Main Coon cross! When Heather told me she had looked up their breeder and found that he did MC crosses, I confess I was a bit skeptical. Y is an orangy tan with black strips and swirls, a white bib and now has a pelt twice the length of his bros! There's an offer of a forever home for P and Y. Two hoomins with a 40acre farm. Heather&Jack are reluctant. We'll all miss them. I'm trying to get some photos but Yogi just wont stop playing or charm attacking! *wipes eyes, blows nose* ___You mentioned Bella-of-the-farm? Could she have acces to a transplorter? She sounds ALOT like Bella-next-door! BND has taken to snoozing on my car bonnet. She recently condescended to receive my adorashuns. And she is SOLID under all them feminine curves! ___ I gave Lursa's package to my bois. They definitely up to something! Lursa helped my bois to make that charming toy rocket for Katsanova as a welcoming gift. She's so ingenious! Please thank her and give her some skritches from me. Tabini wants to use the pooter. I've promised not to read his msgs to Lursa. Aren't they sweet? TTFN

Glad to hear she's doing better! Especially if she is starting to look forward to activities, that'll be a big help in any recovery. You can't let yourself get run down, so take it easy tonight.

You are lucky not to have so much of a tornado threat, I think I had much rather have snow which is rare here. The weather has not been very predictable around here this year.

It makes me very happy that you enjoyed the pictures of my flowers and it would make me even happier for you to use them in any way you wish. My Mother always loved her flowers and I hope mine can brighten your Mother's day. I was surprised the pics came out so well because I used the camera on my phone. Stay safe my friend, Millie

LOL! Usually the ones I have to deal with are underage or over the limit. Not too many home brew specialists around here. I have sampled some of their work though! Some are artists in their own right, LOL!

Pain it forward - which means the recipient of a pain does a pain for three others rather than paining the favor back.
