Happy 4th of July ! 245 years ago the United States declared independence, and it's been a party ever since. Independence Day is one of the best holidays for barbeques, fireworks, and ugly Old Navy t-shirts. One of the best parts of the 4th of July is foraging for a place to watch the fireworks. Celebrating America is great and all, but we'd rather celebrate the glorious art of grilling. There's nothing like the smell of charcoal to get that feeling of celebration going. Plump sausages. Cold beer. Sizzling burgers. Dads flaunting their new Balance sneakers. And if you're lucky, that sweet smell of a chlorinated pool just waiting to be tainted by grubby little ketchup stained hands.
