It's a very special bond, because these kangaroos are loving and devoted animals that care for each other in moving ways, and tree kangaroos are no different. But what exactly is a tree kangaroo?
Well if you hadn't heard of tree kangaroos before, they are a unique and beautiful kangaroo species found in Papua New Guinea. According to the World Wildlife Fund, "As Australia's largest tree-dwelling mammals, they have adapted to life in the trees, with shorter legs and stronger forelimbs for climbing, giving them somewhat of the appearance of a cross between a kangaroo and a lemur."
