Canadian Takes Revenge On Nightmare Neighbor Using Water-Filled Garbage Bin
Unless you live on a desert island, you're likely to have neighbors. Hopefully, you get along with them and are even good friends, or at the very least, they keep themselves to themselves and don't bother you. But sometimes you can be in the unfortunate position to have nightmare neighbors and they can make your life a living hell. One Canadian guy had one of those types of neighbors and had to go to extreme lengths to teach them a lesson. Here's how his great tale of revenge went down.
