This is a classic example of a business owner fighting the good fight, and handling one of way too many lying reviewers that are out there, trying to ruin perfectly great establishments' reputations. This clap back from the owner really couldn't have gone any better.

But actually have been waiting for 15 minutes because they don't have enough people working on online orders - would have been waaaay quicker to order at the counter. So frustrating.
