TikTokers Keep Giving Horrible Advice to a Woman Trying to Win Her Friend's Mean Cat Over, Keeps Ending Up Severely Scratched Up

TikToker Nancy Bonilla aka @_originalessence_ loves cats and even helps feed the stray feral ones around her own home. Recently, she's been watching a friend's cat while they are out of town. She was happy to help a friend out and to get to know a cute new cat. However, this cat has been anything but cute to her…

The cat hisses at her and swats her murder mittens before she even gets through the door. She has to push her away or make sure she's nowhere near here just to drop her off some food and water. The woman shared her experience with the friend's evil cat and asked for help. Even though the kitty keeps attacking her, she still wants her to love her.

Bad Cat

Hissing Dinner Time

There is a HUGE cat lovers society on TikTok, because obviously. I mean, the internet is meant for sharing the best cat videos. So of course, many came to her aid and provided advice and suggestions on how to win the mean little kitty over. The TikToker understands that the cat isn't doing this because it's the spawn of Satan, even though it acts like it. It's just a sweet innocent animal that is most likely just very scared of this stranger coming into her home while her pawrents aren't there to protect her.

So the woman keeps attempting these suggestions from strangers online and keeps getting the murder mittens…

“Hell to the no”

“Give the cat treats by hand”

Followers have suggested things like wrapping her in a blanket and showing it love; feeding it treats by hand; talking slowly and getting down low; but most have ended with bloody scratches. The thing is, this woman is not giving up. She wants this cat to love her so badly and she wants the cat to know that she is not a threat!

Though most of the advice she's gotten so far has lead to pain, she says she feels like she is still making progress. Her last post showed her being able to enter the house and though the cat was initially feisty, she eventually lost interest in her and walked away. The viewers say that the cat doing that is actually a sign that she is starting to trust her. Because if she was still so provoked by her, she wouldn't turn her back to her, but since she walked away and left her alone, maybe she knows that the TikToker is not there to hurt her.

Trust??

Hopefully, viewers don't make her rush into cuddles, but this might be some progress. She can at least now feed the guard cat without leaving scarred.
