How to Make Whipped Coffee at Home (GIFs)

For many people, coffee is an essential part of their day. But let's face it, instant coffee isn't the most exciting drink on the menu. If you're ready to mix it up and try a new way of drinking your instant coffee in the morning, try making this whipped coffee (also known as Dalgona coffee). You don't need any special ingredients (and it can be vegan too if you want), and it only takes a few minutes to make.

What you will need

Whipped coffee is very easy to make. You will need the following ingredients:
- instant coffee
- sugar
- hot water
- milk (this can be cows or non-dairy milk too)
- ice cubes
- a whisk or electric mixer

Put two tablespoons of instant coffee into a mixing bowl.

Add two tablespoons of sugar.

Put in two tablespoons of hot water.

Start to whisk the coffee, sugar and water. You can use an electric mixer or handheld whisk.

Continue whisking until the texture starts to become fluffy.

Stop whisking when the coffee's texture is thick and fluffy.

Put some ice cubes into a glass.

Add some milk to the glass, filling it only 3/4 full.
