Valentine's day is the day of love, and this year I decided to treat myself to a little self-love (the most important kind)! Especially after the craziness that was 2020, I think we've all earned the right to focus on self-pleasure. Plus, there are LOTS of health benefits to orgasms--they can relieve stress, cramps, headaches...they're kind of a cure-all. Why are doctors not prescribing them more?? In my quest to give my V the perfect V-day, I did quite a bit of searching and eventually settled on the Sweet Treat Spinnator toy from Satisfyer. I chose it (over a regular vibrator or a suction toy) based on its adorable design, its affordability, and its spinning mechanism that I was curious to try. If you want to learn more or if you just want to enjoy more jokes about my vagina, read on.
Look, this thing is cute as sh*t, y'all. It looks like a dang ice cream cone, and like, a really yummy one too. It comes in white, black, and pink/tan. Ice cream is one of the few things I like even more than getting off, so I got pink/tan because it looks the most like a real ice cream cone.
The idea is to put that little hole right on your clit and then the soft silicon spins around for a very unique sensation. It's meant to be like getting head from ten people at once but like, really fast. (Or as I call it, a regular Saturday night! Just kidding. Or am I?) You can also move it around to tickle other parts if that's what you're into.
I had some trouble getting the tip right on my clit, and when I pressed it in too hard it stopped moving. The rotations are a bit too fast even at the lowest setting, so it took some maneuvering to get to a place that felt pleasant. If you have a more easily-accessible clit that responds to intense stimulation, then the rotation will probably work better for you than it did for me...personally, my standing appointment with the 10 people who give me head every Saturday night is staying in my calendar. Although that's partially because they always bring snacks.
The controls are pretty straightforward: + to speed up rotation, - to slow it down. In all there are 11 rotation patterns. You double-tap the + sign to switch rotation direction, and if you press + enough times you unlock the Secret Extra Rotation Patterns where it moves back and forth in different ways. Presumably, if you continue pressing + you eventually unlock its flight mode where it spins fast enough that it lifts off like a helicopter.
Be sure to keep track of where you put the charging cable so you don't end up like me: frantically searching for it after the toy ran out of battery halfway through a jam session. Yes, I call it a jam session, deal with it.
The sensation was an interesting one, and certainly not something I've experienced before (except every Saturday night, when I receive head from 10 people, as we've established.) You kind of have to be willing to hold it and let it do its thing without moving too much. That was difficult for me because I'm an impatient b*tch (I ended up giving up and switching to my vibrator), but it will work great for some people. It's pretty easy to press the buttons without moving the toy, so you can definitely intensify the speed as you get closer to finishing.
This is just a PSA that if you have p*ssy hair, MOVE IT OUT OF THE WAY. It will get caught in the rotating nibs. It doesn't hurt but it will be shocking.
PSA #2 is to always clean your toys after each use (and after you take it out of the box)! The Sweet Treat is waterproof, so you can just wash it in the sink or take it with you in the shower. Have fun!!
