We've learned, over the course of our careers as people who are mildly obsessed with animals, that any animal in its tiny version is extra cute. No matter how big, how dangerous, or how... strange it may look when its fully grown, the itty bitty version is always adorable.
And today, we have a whole collection of tiny animals for your enjoyment. Tiny by nature when fully grown, or tiny because baby, they are all so painfully cute, we cannot contain our 'aww's.

Have any of you heard of the bee hummingbird? It is the world's tiniest bird, and it also happens to be one of the world's cutest birds because of it. That's fact. Inarguable. It only weighs between 0.092-0.069 oz and is 2.2-2.4 inches in length. Also, we heard that if it sits on you like in this picture, you will have a blessed day. Another itty bitty bird. This time, it is a pygmy falcon. It is the smallest raptor in Africa, and if you look very, very closely, you can see how unbelievably adorable it is. It is about 3.5-4 inches in length, and we are kind of shocked that this tiny cutie is related to its scary falcon uncle.
