I don't know about you, but I don't really know anybody who doesn't like Australia (except for maybe Kiwis from New Zealand). Yes, this is 100% a generalization, but the people seem so unproblematic compared to Americans. What's not to like about Australian culture either? You may find that many people have very strong opinions on Vegemite, but personally, it doesn't get in the way of my appreciation for the land down under. So, Australia, keep doing what you're doing, Americans seem to be loving each and every bit of it.

Many of these Tweets consist of people appreciating how Australians say things. I must say, I totally get it. They are extremely skilled in shortening words. That's probably why it can be so difficult to understand them, the accent is one thing, but the slang is a whole other ballpark. But please teach us! We want to know how to be like you!
