Trashy Moments That Maxed Out The Garbage-ometer

It takes all kinds of people to make up a society. And while most of us don't see the use in partaking in trashtacular behavior like writing our names on national monuments, stealing ground beef and bragging about it, and leaving lying reviews after getting kicked out of local restaurants there are also those of us who do. Trashtacular moments like these are why we can't have nice things. Seriously, who sends an invoice for those attending their wedding reception? Why do people "prank" their children until they cry just so they can claim a few extra views on YouTube? And what's the point of designing a custom license plate just to brag about how much money you have?

Actions speak louder than words is a time-tested saying that finds truth everywhere. Don't pay attention to what people say; pay attention to what they do. In these cases, people are just as trashy as you might expect — and then some go way overboard. Try not to humiliate your server next time you're out to eat, and definitely don't leave a lewd comment on your receipt as a poor excuse for a pickup line.
