Gross Viral Pregnancy Reveal Proves Content Farms Are Even More Shameless Than We Imagined

For many a devastatingly conventional heterosexual couple, a pregnancy reveal can be of the happiest milestones in their relationship. If they're the influencing type, they might even find a creative way to share the news on social media and presumably pre-plan the elaborate gender reveal in a few months' time.

The Insta announcement from your high school bully might be cringe inducing enough, but we've got some bad news: the prank content creators have decided to get in on the game. After being subjected to the horrors of SpaghettiO pie or fruit punch concocted in a toilet bowl, it looks like the content mill outrage merchants are having to diversify their ideas. There are only so many times you can shudder at something like toaster steak and besides, this is even more horrifying. Having got their hands on a positive pregnancy test, the Julius Dein Facebook page shared a video of a woman using the stick to make a popsicle — which she then serves to her partner to eat so he can find out the news.

When news of the stunt reached Twitter, the reaction was understandably dramatic. After all, it would be unusual enough to consume something that has been in close proximity to a toilet bowl consensually. From mommy culture to gender roles to the mysteries that shroud the horrors of childbirth itself, we as a society can have some pretty weird ideas about pregnancy and there's no doubt that this video is cashing in on this. The sad fact is that so long as they're able to continue inciting a reaction, we're probably going to continue to see worse things than a man almost eating pee without realizing.
