It's never pleasant to receive subpar service when you order food or drink, but equally tricky is how you choose to react to that. No one wants to come away from their coffee order feeling like they've been cheated, but confrontation can be just as unpleasant.
This was an option taken to its logical limit by @itslondonlamarr, who took drastic action after a Dunkin' Donuts employee refused to remake or refund a drink order that he wasn't happy with. Filming himself arguing with the worker as she throws away donuts, he eventually empties her bowl of tips into his bag.
The brash move inspired heated debate in the comments, with people questioning the motivations on both sides. Definitely not a good time for anybody involved.
