Twitter Thread: Stories Of Orangutans Being Loving And Awesome
Animals are awesome. That's just fact. We constantly hear stories about different animals doing incredible things. Like the story about the parrot who saved his owner from a fire by alerting the owner that the fire was happening, or the story of Masha the cat who saved a human baby from freezing in the cold by curling around it for the night and calling for help in the morning.
But one animal that we hadn't thought of being particularly awesome or incredible are… orangutans. Like, we knew orangutans are cool. We even saw one an orangutan washing its own enclosure after seeing its caretakers do so one time. But, we did not know just how amazing orangutans were. Well, Twitter came to correct that and showed us that - hey, here's another animal to fall in love with.

Considering that there are super intelligent animals out there like dolphins, octopuses, and crows out there, and the fact that there is still so much that we don't know about the animal world, we wouldn't be all that surprised. We're sure that there are plenty of things that animals are hiding from us right under our noses.

Isn't this basically what every single one of our house cats does? We know y'all can talk, we don't care how much you deny it with all this meowing. You can trust us - cats and orangutans both. We wouldn't snitch, we promise, we will just have a wonderful light chat about pet taxes.
