Tina Fey wrote Mean Girls with a message in mind: as women, we should all be kinder to each other, otherwise, we won't be able to depend on anybody. It's been years since she wrote the iconic film, and yet, it seems like teen girls are just as mean as they were back in the day. Apparently, some things just never change, no matter how hard we try to make things change for the better. Twitter user @ElyKreimendahl tweeted about how a teen girl complimented her shirt only to tell her that she was joking moments later. The moral of the story was that teen girls still suck.
