This has been a growing topic of conversation around the internet as the "Great Resignation", sometimes called the "Big Quit", ramps up in the US and around the rest of the world.
As more and more people leave their current jobs for greener pastures they have been thinking a lot about what they might have missed when they were interviewing with their current employer that could have been a red flag to stay away.
Some red flags are immediate warnings. Like seeing a list of "house rules" posted in the break room of a small business. Others take longer to spot for the untrained eye.
Redditor, u/taylortaylortaylorrr, recently took to the r/askreddit subreddit to ask "What is a red flag from an employer that people might not immediately recognize as a red flag?" and the answers from other Redditors have proven to be solid pieces of advice.
It's also important to check out the recently posted interview red flags so that you know when to get the heck away from a company you are interviewing for.
