Twitter Thread: Pregnant Stray Cats Finding Forever Homes

Not to be dramatic, but our heart literally breaks in two whenever we hear stories about a pregnant cat out on the cold streets alone. Yes, they're "just cats" so you can't really call them single mommas or anything like that, but they still deserve love, affection, and a safe home for their babies. After all, everyone out there knows, if not from firsthand experience, from other people's stories just how exhausting pregnancies can be! That's why we're rooting for pregnant cats to find forever homes for their babies. It actually happens way more often than you'd expect, never doubt the inner strength of a pregnant momma protecting her babies. Because if there is one thing that we have observed over our time reading animal stories is that animal mommas will do absolutely anything to save their babies.

We can only be happy that the person this little adorable cat came across was a person as good as you. Not many people would have helped a cat this way, especially an unfriendly feral pregnant cat. So, thank you, you have truly done a wonderful thing.

Hey, we respect her desire for space and even her reluctance to trust you, and again, we thank you for pushing through for her and doing this. Some cats just need some time to get used to their humans and start showing them love. And we are so happy to her about her becoming as affectionate as she did over time.
