Font - calaquin +1· 10 hr. ago I didn't want my cat going into a closet but he kept trying to run in. One day I just flung the door wide open for him and he went in, wandered around for a minute, then walked out after he'd seen some things. He hasn't tried to get in since. 1.3k Share •••

Font - No_Air_6804 · 10 hr. ago yeah you kinda just gotta let cats do whatever they want. Like if you want to get any cat to like you (or at least not hate you), you literally just crouch down slowly and hold out your hand for it to sniff. They just wanna explore and sniff stuff. 597 Share •..

Font - impy695 10 hr. ago If your cat is comfortable being held, pick them up and give them a smell tour. Walk around your house and bring him to all the things he can't normally reach and let him smell. Lightswitches, pictures, shelfs, cabinets, a weird mark on your wall that you keep forgetting to clean. Really anything that's not the same as the wall at their level 495 Share •••

Pretty much the entire reason for the ubiquity of the words "curiosity" and "cat" together with one another. If there's a new area, they want to be in it. Doesn't matter if its a fridge, or some dank dark hole, or some other completely empty room of no interest. They must go there and sit inside.

Font - IndigoGrunt +2 · 13 hr. ago Sometimes cats just love going inside places that are usually closed. For example closets, cabinets and the fridge. My cat never actually climbed in the fridge but was always poking his head inside when I opened. Its true when they say cats are curious.

Font - firefawkexxx · 12 hr. ago My cat used to do this all the time; he's a Siamese. One night, I got up to get a water from in the fridge and he jumped in without me knowing. A few hours later I woke up to mewing and was so confused. Not finding Simon on the bed with me like I usually do, I know it was him but couldn't find him because it didn't even occur to me that he would be IN the fridge. Eventually, I let him out and he never got in any fridge ever again. Wouldn't recommend your cat ever
