Nobody likes to think of themselves as a fool, yet here we all are. Like it or not, every single one of us who has been sucked into the eternally grinding wheels of the online content mill, and we're a lost cause at this point. Social media is a cesspool of engagement bait, and we're the pigs eager to roll around in the swill until we're so covered in filth we barely recognize ourselves anymore.
Having the self-awareness that our brains are now wired to become obsessed with the most inane and enraging clickbait imaginable is almost soothing in some ways. What's more fun, though, is being able to joke about the algorithm-chasing hellscape much online content has become. This is the stance taken by @lorna_grace_finn, who took pleasure earlier this month in giving hilarious commentary to a particularly deranged 5-Minute Crafts video. Detailing ways in which to get around common toilet mishaps, Lorna had a lot to say about their unconventional 'solutions'. Let's put it this way, none of us will ever look at plastic bags the same way again.
