Couple Runs All Over Town From One Police Station To Another In Order To Help Save An Angry Bird

Heyo, animal lovers! How is everyone feeling this Friday? Do you guys have any exciting plans for tonight? Whether you're going out or staying in, we hope you stay safe. 

Today we thought we'd shake things up and bring you some non-doggo-related content. We know, it's heartbreaking! But hey, we have to show some love for all the other spectacular species of the animal kingdom. We recently stumbled upon a both funny and heartwarming Twitter thread where a woman talks about her journey to saving a floofy little angry bird. She wasn't the one to rescue the bird, someone brought him in for her to check out. Oh yeah, did we mention she works at an animal shelter? We won't spoil the details, we'll leave that for your scrolling. But what we will say is that if there is an important takeaway from this piece, it's that you should always consult or call a professional when dealing with wild animals.

    Isn't it amazing the things you can learn from social media? Did everyone know that wild birds are protected under the law? Because we definitely didn't. We do now though! So if you ever see a bird in danger, know it has rights!

    Only by this tweet did we realize that this was happening in a whole other country! Wow! This woman is a true hero. It amazes us that there are still kind people left in this world, ones who are dedicated to spending their time and effort in helping animals in need. You're a super human miss Elle.
