I think we can all agree that marriage over the years and throughout TV shows and movies can become glamourized. We are not trying to say that marriage isn't the most amazing thing to celebrate, but more so that it comes with its ups and downs. We could even break down marriage into a couple stages for you to make this more simple. Lets say we have three stages being, post wedding (honeymoon phase), the trial and error stage (finding out each others kinks and triggers), and lastly the smooth landing (this is obviously the most ideal stage when both partners have come to a mutual understanding). Lets keep in mind here also that these stages don't come with any specific age or order, and they can be all over the place at times. Some say that this is the beauty of marriage, going through those ups and downs with your "life partner". We think the best way to look at marriage and the obstacles both partner have to go through is using memes and you don't have to be married to enjoy these!
