One day, this woman and her husband decided to move to a farmhouse that was just perfect for them. They had never owned cats, and in fact, the woman was kind of afraid of them. I mean, they are natural born killers with mvrder mittens, so it's understandable. But when they moved into the home they were also moving into something they were not expecting—a barn full of cats.

The barn had an entire cat colony of mostly orange cats, which if you are a cat person, you know those are some of the most chaotic types of cats. However, she instantly fell in love with them, even if they didn't instantly fall in love with her. She took her time and after years she had become their most trusted human and companion. However, they only recently stepped foot inside of her actual home.
Barn cats are barn cats because they usually live in the barn, so most of the time these cats never see the inside of the farmer's home. In fact, it would appear that they don't really want to. They are suspicious of this cozy atmosphere and they don't know what predators are in there that they have to protect you from.
Which is kind of the reaction these little babies had when they finally approached the open door to the farmhouse.
Though they're rough and tough working barn cats, they approached the house with caution. They sniffed, perked their heads up like they heard a ghost, and stared at corners like the saw ghosts… They, however, did get ballsy and explored more than the farmer was expecting. They went all the way inside, and some even started up the stairs. However, before reaching the second floor landing the door being closed changed everything. They didn't like their only know exit being blocked, so once that door was shut, they sweetly started begging to go back outside.
They have since explored more and more of the inside, and the farmer has acquired more and more barn cats. So maybe someday, that farmhouse will become the barn cat house…
