Mischievous Crow Starts an Epic Street Battle Between Two Cats

We all have that one friend that will start a bar fight with no provocation then leave when havoc ensues. Now, did you ever think that the same principals of social douchery could apply to the animal kingdom? I bet you didn't until now.

Crows are common members of the avian family and can be found on pretty much every continent in the world. They're hardy, intelligent, and have a knack for problem solving. In fact, some experts say that crows are one of the smartest animals in the world alongside chimpanzees and dolphins.

Does that mean that a crow is potentially smart enough to start its own fighting ring in the streets for entertainment? I wouldn't put it past them. So maybe they're usually scouting for road kill, corn fragments, and a discarded bag of chips in the garbage, but surely an animal as intelligent as a crow would get bored in the streets. One crow, caught on camera, decided to entertain himself by doing the unthinkable-- cheating death.

This particular crow is looking for adrenaline.

Everyone that's ever watched a Looney Toon cartoon or lived on planet Earth for more than 3 years knows that cats are predators. More specifically, cats are the main predators of smaller animals like rodents and… you guessed it… birds. For centuries, cats have caught birds for their owners and returned their feathers corpses to the front door mat with seemingly no regard for how gross, horrible, and unsanitary that is.

However, one crow got so bored in the streets that he instigated a cat fight, laughing in the face of the Grim Reaper and risking his life to pull the last two tail hairs out of a couple of street cats standing off in the streets. The crow spotted the two cats facing off on the road below him and used this opportunity to get a couple of thrills in.

The crow charges the cat from behind and snaps at his tail, causing one cat to take a minute step backwards as the other startles towards the bird. Sandwiched between and angry cat and an annoying bird, the cat ignores the crow despite its relentless pestering. Either the crow is egging on a fight or simply escalating the situation for entertainment, we can't know for sure.

Time after time, the crow charges the cats tail, pushing both street cats into a downright brawl right in the road. No doubt, he's cackling his crow laugh in triumph knowing that he got the best of each feline, played an annoying little game, and cheated death. Touché

That bird is a paid actor
