Sending an email was one of the first things we were able to do on the world wide web, and its overall function doesn't seem to have changed much over the years. So why is it that so many of the people we work with seem incapable of doing it correctly?

This has been neatly underlined in a TikTok by @ericalueth, in which she complains about her colleagues' apparent inability to avoid hitting "Reply All" in unnecessary situations. Plenty of viewers chimed in with mixed opinions on the criticism, with some claiming it did occasionally have its uses.
