Ok, ok. It sounds a bit silly. But bad breath can be a serious deal breaker. Someone can be saying all the right things but if their breath is truly terrible it's hard to even listen. Now I haven't been in this exact situation, but I can imagine it is a tough dilemma if you find yourself really connecting with someone and finding yourself wanting something deeper with them but can't stand their breath. I'm not perfect, and my breath isn't always perfect. Can I really have perfect breath if my favorite things include garlic, onions, and coffee? I wish I could, but unfortunately there are repercussions to being a garlic girl. I like to think my ideal partner would love garlic just as me and be capable of understanding the struggle.
I'm personally a big believer in this thing called "honest communication", but I understand this type of topic can feel a bit awkward to bring up- especially to someone you like. What would you do? Would you end things and not tell the other person? Would you try to explain the issue to them? How would you deal with this situation without offending the other person? Let us know what you would do down below.
