Greetings, ICanHasers! We hope everyone is having a fantastic Sunday Funday. To make sure we leave things on a good note, we're back with our weekly Feline appreciation segment where we highlight a specific cat breed or coloration. Last week we talked about torties with a tortitude, the week before that about the Russian Blues. Today we're shining the spotlight on Burmese cats.
The only natural breed of brown cat, the Burmese are incredibly smart and playful. They get along with pretty much everyone, even dogs. If we were to describe the breed using one word it would be 'warm'. They love affection and positive reinforcement. They're the type of cat that will follow you from room to room because a. they love you and b. are always curious to know what's going on. We compiled a collection of 12 Burmese cats loafing, cuddling, playing, and goofing around. We hope you enjoy it and let us know which breed we should do next!
Not to play favorites or anything, but if we had to choose a favorite this would be it. We're sorry to all the kitties, y'all are amazing. But this particular loaf, ooof, we don't know whether it's the angle or the cat itself but something about this photo melts our heart in thousands of pieces.
The Burmese cats are not only affectionate with people and babies but other animals as well. Though precautions should be taken, the Burmese breed can pretty much get along with anyone and everyone. Be it a dog, a cat, or a bunny.
