"Sophie destroyed my FitBit one time. I don't have much money so being able to get a FitBit was a real accomplishment for me. Sophie is a notorious thief and one day she decided she wanted my FitBit. So she crept up onto my desk where my FitBit was charging and ripped it off the charger with such force that she broke part of it off making it completely unusable. And then she had the audacity to present my broken gadget to me with a very pleased, happy expression on her face as if she was showing me her handiwork and how proud she was that she got a hold of it! I was NOT very happy with her."

"My Ethan Allen canopy bed. It was BEAUTIFUL. We bought it second hand because Ethan Allen is way out of our price range. Elphaba uses the posts as scratching posts and ladders to the top canopy part. This picture was taken last year before she completely tore the posts apart with her claws."

Font - Crystal Newton MacBook Pro, they were around $2,000-$2,499 in 2006. My newly adopted kitten spilled coffee on it. He then freaked out because his precious fluff also got wet and he knocked it and himself off the table. He was fine, the laptop was not. Dorian Gray is still with me now at 16. He earned that name being a beautiful little monster. 0 17 Like Reply Hide Send Message 4d Edited

Font - Mari Morgan A $3500 leather couch. She insisted on pissing on it. Repeatedly. She had multiple litter boxes all to herself, I scooped twice daily and changed them weekly. Many trips to the vet to see if she had UTIs. We tried several kinds of psychiatric medication. I covered the couch when I wasn't actually sitting on it, but she clawed holes in the cover and pissed on that. Had the couch professionally cleaned but it still smelled of cat piss. But she still broke my heart when she died

Font - Elizabeth Crosman The house! Seriously - he turned on the bathroom faucet. Water ran overnight into a sink that had drain issues. Water flooded the bathroom and hallway and went through the floor to the kitchen and continued to the basement where it dropped onto our air hockey table! Repairs: bathroom cabinet, new tile, repainted wall. Hallway carpet including bedroom and stairs (we separately paid to replace the other 3 bedrooms since it was matching carpet). Bathroom door warped so repl

Font - Kitchen ceiling repair and paint (including the family room ceiling). Kitchen walls repainted because they had to cut into it to check for water. Tiles also replaced. Hockey table paid out by insurance as loss. Company that was mitigating water damage didn't tape drain hose well and it fell into dirty litter box which damaged basement bathroom cabinet and they replaced it. And insurance also paid for 3 (or 4?) nights at a hotel for my daughter, the cats, and me because of the insanely lou

Font - Jenny Bell Our TV: he pulled himself to the top of the screen, which was firmly attached to the wallmount. The pull made the corner crack and the crack made its way aaaaall the way across the screen (right to left, top to bottom: like a gift ribbon). The TV was less than a year old Like Reply Hide Send Message 3d 3

Font - Maria Gonzalez Oh, where do I begin? A hair dryer, a flat iron (Angelus'd get on top of the bathroom counter and knock stuff to the floor), a few picture frames and about 20 CD cases. The way it worked was, back in the day, I had a CD tower and he'd nose a few boxes at the same time, backing up until they'd crash to the floor. The sides of the covers would break off and I had to buy new ones. This trait has been transmitted to every cat I had after him all the way down to the current ones

Font - Belinda Berry Heck My cat once ate a $2500 check. It was from my husband's employer. He had to take the remaining pieces to HR and explain that "his cat ate the check" when requesting a replacement. Like Reply Hide Send Message 4d 37

Font - Top fan Matou Manning She drowned my iPod in her waterbowl while I was at work It could play allright, but not charge. Additionally, she was a cleptoman. She stole like crazy and hid it in her transport crate. Once she stole a whole sliced bread and dragged it along towards the crate Like Reply Hide Send Message 4d 4
