For this week's challenge, we decided to celebrate something about acts cats that isn't often celebrated. Cats are known to be independent creatures, so most people think that cats are not friendly. But that's not true. Cats are just… picky about who they're friendly with. But we have seen cats make friends with all kinds of animals before - even the most unexpected ones.
We've seen cats befriend turtles, as unlikely as that may be. We have seen cats befriend horses, even despite the massive size difference. We have even seen one cat befriend chickens and love those chickens so much that it began imitating their behavior. No matter how different the species may be, cats can become friends with anyone that they choose. So, when we asked you guys to tell us about the most interesting interaction your cats have had with animals from different species, we expected some awesome results, and yup, as always, you guys delivered.
"They're always supervised but after years of trying to keep Kevin Murphy the handsome kittaloon and our bearded dragon separated - they've worn us down. They always seek each other out for cuddle naps all over the house."
"When oliver was about 5 weeks old he met the hamster. He was scared of the hammy."
"My friend comforting his Great Dane after my cat swatted her nose. Dee the dog was actually very polite but my Remy still gave her a taste of the murder mitts."
"The kittehs don't realise there is a breach on the cat tree while monitoring the chickens in the backyard"
"The dogs are kind of typical, which is why I chose this pic instead. Good luck keeping her away from the tortoise, she loves every living thing."
"Boo, the kitty, talking to Cindy, the snake."
"He met our bunny.. he was not particularly impressed"
"My fur baby puss and her bearded dragon friend. looks like a very impawtant meeting Haha"

"Momo was terrified by the size of the mule deer, but his curiosity wouldn't let him run away. What you can't see was how bushed his tail was."
"My cat lives with 2 dogs and thinks she is a dog"
