Yes, that is the actual name that Nick Cannon gave his newborn child, but it's no secret that celebrities like to ruin their kids' lives with what they think are 'cool names', which will most likely later on just serve to torture the poor child when they broaden their social circle in school.
It is a well-known fact that Cannon does not like to define himself as 'monogamous', and he is aware that his lifestyle of nonconventional fatherhood is considered unorthodox in many communities.

I understand the institution of marriage if we go back to what that was about. ... I don't have ownership of any of the mothers. We create families in the sense of we created a beautiful entity."
