Everyone has their own love language and that's beautiful. Some people shower you in little gifts throughout the day, others will very clearly tell you they love you. Another way of showing your love is giving attention—so that means there is a love language of needing attention. You don't want the attention of just anybody, you only want the attention of the one you love and you NEED that attention as much as possible. If you don't get the attention you need, you will start to wither away like Tinkerbell in Peter Pan. It's totally understandable. You love someone so you want to constantly be with them, show them that they are your world and in return you expect to also be their world. Yes, it's understood you have a job or other duties you must attend to and that's respected, but it's still a struggle trying to keep it together while your attention is somewhere else.
