In some situations, convenience really is king. There's no need to wait in a queue to pay for a soda when you can stick some change in a machine, and you can even get that packet of Skittles for free if you know the right maneuvers. However, when it comes to the things that require a little extra preparation, it's usually worth holding out that extra fifteen minutes. Case in point is the humble pizza. Sure, you may have to interact with an actual human at your average slice shop, but it usually means that someone has supervised whatever you're eating to make sure it's borderline edible. This doesn't appear to be what happens with the Cake Boss pizza vending machines in Las Vegas, which @lasvegasblogger gave a scathing review of recently. Showing how it cost nearly $10 for the abomination that she was presented with, nobody was impressed. It would take a special level of drunk to consume this.
