'He demanded that I take it down but I declined': Guy demands ex-wife take down embarrassing video of him at a wedding

We're conflicted about this one. On the one hand, turning your kids against your ex-wife over a photo in which you're only featured in the background is a bit much. Also, feeling the need to lie to your conservative significant other about innocent drunk dancing at a wedding conveys that this guy is already in a toxic relationship. However, on the other hand, refusing to take down a photo on Instagram if someone doesn't consent is certainly foul play. 

 

This thread, which was posted to Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit, only proves that what once was a healthy co-parenting dynamic between the Redditor and her ex-husband is now turning into something else entirely. Our advice is for the original poster to just take down the photo at this point. It's not worth getting into a bigger fight over it now that the kids are involved. That being said, her ex definitely needs to re-evaluate his new relationship (though that is not something the Redditor should take on).
