'Moments from working in the service industry that altered my brain chemistry': Server recounts every toxic experience she's had as a restaurant employee

There are a couple of things you can know for certain when you meet somebody who has worked in the service industry: One; they will always treat the staff well even if the food was trash, and two; they absolutely 100% have some insane stories from when they worked in the service industry. Who knows how or why, but restaurants, cafés, fast food joints, and other service industry establishments are just blackholes of chaos. The kind of shenanigans that go on front of house AND back just cannot be compared to any other type of work environment. 

One woman who works in the service industry has made that glaringly clear after listing some of the absolutely bonkers things that has happened to her while working as a server. From serving food next to a body bag to being told by a manager how much she is hated in front of the entire staff—it just keeps getting worse and worse. 

Service industry employees are just emotionally strong on an entirely different level.
