Listen, everyone knows the big bad virus of 2020 was not a good thing. We don't need to explain to anyone why, even today, it remains a very bad thing. Still, that doesn't mean many people didn't benefit from the nationwide lockdown in unexpected ways. For example, millions of office-based workers realized that working from home not only saved them tons of money on commuting costs, it unlocked some free time they so desperately needed. Introverts in particular probably thrived more than others, finally having the ultimate excuse to stay home and hibernate.
It seems that enough time has passed to make people comfortable enough to talk openly about the things they miss about the 2020 lockdown, because recently a thread appeared on r/AskReddit where people are discussing precisely this topic. Keep scrolling for the best answers from the thread.
