'Do not contact me': Idiot interviewer misses job interview then tells candidate it's their fault, gets progressively more unhinged

If you want to see a narcissist unraveling and grappling to protect their ego in real time, these messages provide a great example. You can see how they start off trying to make excuses as to why their missing the call wasn't a big deal; when that fails to land, they instead turn to reframing the events as they occurred, then shifting those events so that they weren't actually at any fault at all. 

The problem is this all makes logical sense to the person sending the messages, and they fail to see how positively unhinged their ego's vain attempts to defend itself seem to just about everyone else. 

The brutal reality of the whole thing is: the job searching and interview process are already painful enough without people like this calling the shots; having to deal with unhinged people like this interview just makes the entire thing unbearable. How can you win with the odds stacked like this?
