Awwdorable Emu Following Her Human Dad Everywhere

The story of this lovely emu is painfully wholesome. Her owner had passed away, and she was left alone. Happily though, she was taken in as urgently as possible into the amazing Blind Spot Animal Sanctuary and found a new home and a new love right there - in her new human dad.

Assimilating wasn't easy, of course, so the caretakers at the shelter thought to introduce her to a male emu who would have hopefully been her best friend. They did everything to find this companion for her. Yet, despite finding him, her eyes were only on her human, following him everywhere, running after him when he leaves, and pretty much doing everything with him. And, not gonna lie, it's as much adorable as it is wholesomely silly. 

"We absolutely adore her," says the narrator in the video, and all we can say in return is: so do we.
