Any manager who flouts the rules is bound to learn an expensive lesson. The relationship between a boss and employee is one that has to be carefully navigated. Even more so in the case of this person, whose boss was running a rather shady business, but still chose to be a jerk to his employees.
The OP wrote about their nuclear level revenge they inflicted on their boss. During a snow storm, the employer made the crazy choice to have his employees shovel the parking lot, instead of hiring a truck to do it. The OP writes that the ground basically turned into a "slip n slide" and sure enough, they took a tumble and hurt themself pretty badly. Their boss made it clear that they didn't care. So the OP took it upon themself to report this shady business to everyone they could think of, with some extremely satisfying results.
