Terrestrial plant - Rani Timekey Baker, Noise... @destroyed4com4t "Congrats, instead of tipping you money I'm tipping you a huge tax writeoff... for me. You, however, now owe several thousand dollars in tax and insurance for an unsaleable vehicle that also gives me free advertising! What a great gift... for Mr.Beast inc."

Font - Rani Timekey Baker, Noise... @destroyed4com4t "You wouldn't turn down a free car" fuck yes I would. Cars are an extremely expensive pain in the ass. Literally the only reason anyone would give away a car is because there's some reason they can't sell it.

Facial expression - alex @t4tswift Replying to @destroyed4com4t @dannygonzalez does a great video about how it's actually a nightmare winning/being gifted a car because the payments that go into it are unaffordable youtu.be/w_6HHWCd|7w 40:32 The Problem With Huge Giveaways On YouTube Danny Gonzalez 7.4M views • 1 year ago ⠀

Font - Kole B. @kc_ranger Replying to @destroyed4com4t Fake outrage like this is ridiculous. Mr. Beast, in multiple interviews, says he either always helps pay the tax on the car as well, or offers a cash equivalent if the upkeep on the item is too high for the person to be comfortable with.

Font - Nealer @MadCanuk. 1d Replying to @destroyed4com4t This is EXACTLY the backlash Oprah got when she pulled this. Yeah a lot of her audience was excited im the moment, but almost nobody in the audience could afford either the car or the taxes on the "gift" But at least her cars weren't branded trash they could resell

Font - Spencer Kelly (0/3 slots taken) @SkellyBeans09 Replying to @destroyed4com 4t and @NashRomi This is exactly one of the three reasons I refused a car from work. The other two being 1) they can randomly give a car to an employee but they can't increase their wages and 2) 1 can't legally drive

Rectangle - Humerus @YoureSoHumerus Replying to @destroyed4com 4t See if I could sell the car on, it ain't a problem. But this is the same problem as tv shows that "remodeled" struggling family's houses but didn't account for the higher electricity and water bills that came with it....

Font - Mike @BadRobot2342 Replying to @destroyed4com4t and @SandyFrizzle That's something people don't think about. When I was in college, I met someone who's aunt was in the audience when Oprah gave everyone a car & she said it was such a hassle & ended up costing her more than she could afford

Font - Winter Large Wife @Sonic Bread Replying to @destroyed4com4t I saw a clip where he said most of the time they end up buying the thing off the person in the video, so they get the content and the person still gets a bunch of money, but idk how factual that is

Font - Cointoss @transV1ultrakil Replying to @destroyed4com4t and @NashRomi Off screen mr beast always offers a money equivalent to the giveaway, if someone doesn't want to deal with the taxes

Gesture - shawnjohnpdx @shawnjohnpdx Replying to @destroyed4com4t and @the3rdjp It's really easy to have the advertising removed from the car. Unless that's part of the deal.

Jaw - grenki @grenkiidesuu Replying to @destroyed4com 4t and @AniMaikaru Paint it and sell it money can't be easier than that

Font - Golgothan, the shitdemon @Ms_Sweetbottom no but I've always thought the idea of filming "charity" was so strange. if you have to film every time you complete an act of charity or some sort of donation, you're actually not as nice as you think you are.

Font - Dismals @floraldismals pov: you are angry because other people get nice things and you don't & also have never sold a vehicle before

Font - Michael @_caswel don't get memed into making an extremely stupid financial decision-if someone wants to give you a brand new car that you don't need/can't afford the taxes on, accept it and sell it.
