Another Monday is here, and heck, we wanna stay in bed a little while longer. No, that's not true. We want to get out and kick the world's butt. But our sheets are so soft, and our pets are extra cuddly in the morning. So, as much as we want to get out and rule the world… we need a little bit of inspiration to do it, and what's a better way to get inspired than with the beauty and awesomeness of the animal kingdom?
Every single week, we start your Monday morning with an amazing collection of animal photos! The photos in this collection will truly remind you how hilarious, how ridiculous, how beautiful, and how crazy the animal kingdom can be. And we promise you that by the time you reach the end of it, you will feel enough wonder and inspiration to go and truly kick this week's behind. Have a fabulous week, y'all!

"Scientists taught pet parrots to video call each other. The parrots that learned to initiate video chats with other pet parrots had a variety of positive experiences, such as learning new skills including flying, foraging and how to make new sounds. Some parrots showed their toys to each other."
"The brown kiwi holds the world record for the largest egg-to-body size ratio. A kiwi egg will take up to 20% of a female's body, with an average weight of 371 grams (13 ounces) - in comparison, a human baby takes up 5% of its mother's size. It usually lays one egg per clutch, sometimes two."
"Sea otters form groups called "rafts", typically of between 10 and 100 individuals. When they rest or sleep, they will wrap themselves, and their pups, in kelp to stop them from drifting out to sea or hold paws to stay together. They live and feed along the coast, rarely, if ever, coming ashore."
"The Tuatara, despite how it looks, is not a lizard. It is the only surviving member of the order Rhynchocephalia, which is even more ancient than the dinosaurs. The Tuatara has teeth fused to its skull, no ear openings, a hidden third eye, and a lifespan of up to 100+ years."
