Professional chefs cook very differently in the kitchen than many amateurs. This isn't just because of the years of grueling training — they're also dedicated to the many open secrets of the restaurant trade, such as putting enough butter and salt in anything savory to destroy the cholesterol levels of anyone who eats their food.

Gordon Ramsay has become a social media darling for his blunt reactions to other peoples' cooking. He's not just on the internet to judge, though, and he occasionally likes to remind us that he is qualified to have these opinions as well.

Most recently, Twitter users have been interested in a video of him cooking a burger. This started some debate over how good his technique was, with a particular focus on the amount of fat involved. Not everybody was on board, but he got his fair share of praise. Sometimes, the best food is 80% grease.
